Dr. Fadi Ghandour is the Executive Chairman of Wamda Group, a platform that invests in and builds entrepreneurial ecosystems across the Middle East and North Africa.
He is also the Co-Founder of Aramex, a leading global logistics company in emerging markets, where he served as CEO for over 30 years, expanding the company to employ more than 15,000 people in 90 countries and listing the company on Nasdaq and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
A serial entrepreneur, he has founded and launched numerous companies and non-profits in digital tech, hospitality, and wellness. Passionate about social entrepreneurship, he founded Ruwwad for Development to empower marginalized communities through education, civic engagement, and financial inclusion.
He also serves on several regional and global boards of companies, educational institutions, and non-profits.
