Dr Fatima is an Executive Director with GovTalent at the Department of Government Enablement in Abu Dhabi. She has 14+ years of HR experience in the public sector in Abu Dhabi, working across various institutions including the Central Bank, Sheik Khalifa Medical City Hospital, and national bank of AbuDhabi.
In her current capacity at DGE, she is leading programming for workforce planning, talent management and performance - functions which are at the heart of Abu Dhabi’s future government strategy and workforce transformation priorities.
