Labour Market Adviser

Dr. Kinan Bahnassi is a labour market and public policy advisor. He is an experienced government and public-policy specialist dedicated to designing evidence-based solutions that advance human development, inclusive growth, and sustainable socio-economic progress.

With over 20 years of international experience across more than ten countries, he has served within the United Nations system, including the ILO and UNDP, and collaborated extensively with governments, private-sector partners, and academic institutions.

Dr. Kinan has advised governments on developing human capital, diversifying skills, promoting socioeconomic development, and reforming institutions. He has led major initiatives in labour-market policy, entrepreneurship, skills development, and social protection, with a particular focus on bridging education-to-work.
