The General Secretariat of the Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai
Dr. Mansoor Al-Osaimi is the Director of the Legislation Department at The General Secretariat of the Supreme Legislation Committee in the Emirate of Dubai. He also held many governmental positions at the Dubai Police General H.Q and the Office of the Ruler of Dubai before joining the Committee in 2015.
In addition to his official governmental positions, he is a lecturer of Nationality Law and Conflict of Laws, and has many local, regional and international memberships.
Dr. Al-Osaimi also received many academic and specialized certificates from the UAE, the UK, Switzerland and France.
He received his PhD in International Arbitration Law from the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London, UK.
