Dr. Nada Khaddage-Soboh is a researcher, educator, and leadership strategist dedicated to shaping a new generation of purposeful, competent, and ethical leaders. As Director of the Center for Women in Business (CWiB) at AUB’s Suliman S. Olayan School of Business, she leads initiatives that empower executives, women, and youth to lead with integrity and impact.
Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has guided leaders and emerging professionals in strengthening their strategic acumen while cultivating a deeply human-centered approach to leadership. With postdoctoral studies in leadership and a master’s degree in Gender Studies, she bridges organizational insight with social and psychological understanding to advance equity, resilience, and excellence in the workplace.
She views women’s empowerment in business not as an isolated goal, but as a catalyst for societal transformation and sustainable national prosperity.
