Under Reem Osman’s leadership, Saudi German Hospital Dubai became a key player in the Middle East’s health care industry and has received various awards, cementing its advanced position amongst its peers.
Reem’s leadership and role in both female empowerment and healthcare management has been acknowledged by prestigious forums, leading to several awards including Forbes Middle East – 200 Most Powerful Arab Women (2014), Feigenbaum Leadership Award by Hamdan Bin Mohammad Smart University (2015), Emirates Woman Award 2015, Best Female CEO Award, and 15th Top Most Influential People in the UAE by Arabian Business (2017).
Reem was Ambassador for Humanitarian Action at Sheikh Zayed Giving Initiative and participated in medical support projects in several countries and areas such as Sudan, Yemen, Bangladesh, Rohingya and Zanzibar. She also served as Advisory Board Member of the School of Health and Environmental Studies (SHES) at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU).
She has a Masters in Ophthalmology and Eye Surgery, a Masters in Business Administration, and Management Healthcare Delivery from Harvard Business School.
