Dr. Saud Al Salahi is Advisor to the Vice Minister of Education, Secretary General of Translation Unit, Ministry of Education. He has a PhD in Curriculum and Teaching Methods and a Higher Diploma in Management and Economy from Exeter University, as well as a Masters in Educational Administration from Umm Al-Qura University.
Dr. Salahi was Director of Teachers Affairs at Al-Lith Education Department and spearheaded several educational supervisory committees including as Educational Center Director, Saudi Student Club Head, Education, and Linguistics Society Chairman, Exeter, UK. He also worked as Education College Representative in TESOL at Exeter University, Executive Committees Deputy Chairman of the 8th Saudi Students Conference, King Abdullah University of Science and Technology Ambassador, and Saudi Students Scientific Society Deputy Chairman, UK.
He was chosen by Speaker of Shura Council, Sheikh Dr. Abdullah Al Al-Sheikh, to visit the Saudi Shura Council, attend one of the Council's education sessions, and represent the Saudi Mission at the International Conference on Higher Education in Riyadh.
He has conducted more than 70 courses in research at various British and Saudi universities and research centers.
