Director of National Knowledge Economy Center, General Secretariat of The Supreme Council for Planning and Development
Eman Alsharrah is Head of the National Center for the Knowledge Economy at Kuwait’s General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Planning & Development. She leads flagship national initiatives supporting Kuwait Vision 2035 and the Kuwait National Development Plan, including the Kuwait Knowledge Index for the Public Sector, the Kuwait Knowledge Chair scholarship programme, and the Knowledge Economy Forum series.
Her work focuses on advancing Kuwait’s transition toward a knowledge-based economy through strategic planning, innovation ecosystem development, digital transformation, and capacity building.
Eman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Kuwait University.
