Emma Banks is Vice President, F&B Brands & Operations, EMEA at Hilton. She sets the strategy, brand vision, and operational standards for Hilton’s food-and-beverage portfolio across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, supporting both trading hotels and the future pipeline.
A core member of Hilton’s Brands & Central Operations leadership, Emma drives guest-loved dining concepts that deliver commercial results, advance Travel with Purpose goals, and develop best-in-class talent. Her remit spans strategy, innovation, brand rollouts, KPI performance, and partnerships with hotel operators, suppliers, and industry leaders.
Since joining Hilton in 2019, she has strengthened responsible business initiatives and positioned Hilton as a regional F&B leader. She was named Sustainability Professional of the Year at Gulfood 2023 and Sustainability Champion of the Year at the Hotelier Middle East Awards 2023. A respected mentor, she sits on Dubai College of Tourism’s Board of Governors and earned multiple recognitions, including FilmFare’s Most Influential Women (Excellence in Hospitality, 2024).
