Managing Director, UPS – Southern and Eastern Africa
Esther Ndichu is the Managing Director for UPS in Southern and Eastern Africa based out of Johannesburg, South Africa since April 2018. In her current role, she is responsible for managing and growing the UPS business in South Africa, in addition to managing the network of UPS Authorized Service Contractors in the Eastern and Southern region of the continent.
Esther also served as the Vice President of Public Affairs and Government Relations for UPS in the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East and Africa, based in Dubai, since January 2016.
Prior to this position, Esther worked as a logistics engineer at Ryder integrated logistics for four years. In 2005, she joined UPS as a solutions manager and later became the Humanitarian Supply Chain Logistic Director.
She has a B.A. degree in International Relations, Political Science from the College of Wooster and an MBA in International Business from American Intercontinental University.
