Farah Elouazzani is a Performance Management Analyst at the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), specializing in strategic planning, performance measurement, and results-based management. She supports the design and implementation of strategic frameworks that align institutional objectives with clear performance indicators and impact-driven outcomes.
Her remit covers the full strategic-planning cycle—from environmental analysis and target-setting to performance tracking and evaluation—enabling evidence-based decision-making and continuous organizational improvement. She has played a central role in shaping ICESCO’s financial-planning framework, strengthening the connection between strategy, budgeting, and measurable results.
Farah holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Al Akhawayn University (2021) and a Bachelor’s in English Linguistics.
