Gilbert Doumit is a strategy advisor, leadership consultant, and social entrepreneur. He’s known for being an advocate of multiple NGOs in Lebanon and MENA and dedicating his work to meaningful initiatives aiming at policy innovation and people development.
He is Founder and Managing Partner of Beyond Reform and Development, a consulting firm working to establish innovative, inclusive, and participatory policies in the Middle East and South Asia. He has assisted governments in developing strategies and action plans to meet the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and coached policymakers to lead transformations within government institutions. He is a World Fellow at Yale University and a lecturer at University of Saint Joseph in Beirut. He holds an MBA and a Masters in Advanced Management from the French business school École Supérieure de Commerce, a B.S. in Business Administration, and a B.A. in Community Organization.
