Engineering Knowledge & Resources Division Head – Saudi Aramco
Hamad Al-Mehthel Al-Saqour is Head of Saudi Aramco’s Engineering Knowledge & Resources Division, leading three corporate functions which collectively serve as the hub for Saudi Aramco knowledge (Engineering Standards Management, Engineering Drawings Management, and Knowledge Management). He also led the Technology Management Division on several occasions, overlooking technology deployment and innovation in the organization.
Other high-profile roles that Hamad has undertaken include Senior Project Engineer for Yasref Project in Seoul, Head of Saudi Aramco Technical Services Academy and Head of Technology & Engineering Division at Aramco Overseas Company in the Hague. Additionally, he is the secretary of the corporate KM Board and a member in two other corporate boards: Board of Engineers (overlooking standards development and corporate technical challenges) and Innovation Board.
