H.E. Mr. Humaid Al Qutami held many leadership positions in public and private sectors. He is the Director General of Dubai Health Authority since 2015, and served as the UAE Minister of Education and the UAE Minister of Health.
He is the Chairman of the Commercial Bank of Dubai and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Mohammed bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, UAE University and Abu Dhabi University. He also served as the Director General of the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies.
Mr. Humaid was the chairperson of the several federal authorities. He has contributed to the consolidation of the voluntary movement in the UAE.
HE holds a Master Degree in Administration, Western Michigan University, USA.
