Head of the Education Department of the Executive Committee of Kazan
Irek Rizvanov graduated from the Tatar State University of Humanities and Education in 2011 with a degree in Foreign Languages and a qualification as a teacher of foreign languages.
Rizvanov began his career in 2006 at Lyceum-Boarding School No. 2 in Kazan, where he spent nearly a decade serving as a teacher, head of the boarding school, and deputy director for foreign languages. During that time, he developed practical experience in school leadership and language education.
In 2015, he was appointed Director of Lyceum-Boarding School No. 2, a position he held until 2020. Since 2020, he has served as Head of the Education Department of the Executive Committee of Kazan.
