Iwan Walters is a Partner at international law firm Eversheds, specializing in corporate law, clean energy and sustainability. He has extensive experience advising on clean energy projects globally and most recently, played a key advisory role to PV projects in Egypt, Iran and Jordan.
Previously, Iwan advised buyers and sellers in relation to onshore wind farm projects in Europe together with bidders on the Round 2 and Round 3 offshore wind farm projects in the UK. His clients range from utilities, private equity and infrastructure funds to banks and developers, and he advises on all aspects of corporate law with experience handling both public and private mergers and acquisitions.
