Founding Chairholder, UNESCO Chair on Science, Technology and Innovation Policy
Professor Jelel Ezzine is a Full Professor of Systems Theory and Control at the University of Tunis El Manar. He has over thirty years of experience in higher education and research, and holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MSEE in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama, and a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Engineering from the University of Tunis El Manar.
Professor Ezzine is the Founding Chairholder of the UNESCO Chair on Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy, and Advisory Board Member of the UNESCO Science Report 2020. He is also the Founder and current President of the Tunisian Association for the Advancement of Science, Technology, and Innovation.
Professor Ezzine is listed in Who's Who in the World, and Who's Who in Science and Engineering, he is also a Board Member of The International Network of Resource Information Centers in the USA, known as the Balaton Group.
