As Thinkwell's Chief Executive Officer, Joe is responsible for leading the company’s direction as well as creating new growth opportunities, developing corporate strategies, building strategic alliances, and intellectual property partnerships.
His project record at Thinkwell includes the Snow Parks at Ski Dubai and Ski Egypt, the visitor centre experience at Abu Dhabi's Wahat Al Karama Memorial, and the newly opened Warner Bros. World on Yas Island. In addition to driving the company’s strategic growth in the EMEA region, Joe also serves on the board of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) in Saudi Arabia, assisting in the expansion and diversification of the Kingdom's entertainment landscape under the direction of Vision 2030.
As a business leader, Joe has been featured as an entrepreneurial innovator in Dell’s “Take Your Own Path” campaign and was named the Most Influential CEO of 2018 for Entertainment and Design by CV Magazine.
Prior to Thinkwell, Joe worked as Producer & Director of Universal Studios Creative Studio, a Producer for Walt Disney Entertainment & Disneyland, and as Events Producer for the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games Ceremonies, the Hong Kong 1997 Reunification Spectacular, and 10 Super Bowl Halftime/Pre-game shows.
