Kelly Ann Naylor has over 20 years of experience in the WASH sector, managing urban, peri-urban, and rural water, sanitation, and hygiene programs in Central Africa, South Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, and North America.
Kelly Ann most recently served as lead writer for UN-Water’s “Blueprint for Acceleration: Sustainable Development Goal 6 Synthesis Report on Water and Sanitation 2023”, which was presented at the United Nations High-Level Political Forum for Sustainable Development.
She was previously UNICEF’s Director for Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) and Climate, Environment, Energy, and Disaster Risk Reduction (CEED). She was elected to serve as the Vice Chair of United Nations Water (UN-Water) from October 2020 to September 2022. She is currently working as an independent consultant.
Kelly Ann completed her undergraduate and master’s degrees in civil and environmental engineering at Stanford University and is a registered professional engineer.
