Head of Youth Economic Empowerment, Plan International
Mads Benedictus Jorgensen is Head of Youth Economic Empowerment at Plan Denmark. He leads large-scale youth employment initiatives aimed at improving opportunities for young people.
He oversees programs such as the Youth Inclusion and Employment project under the Danish-Arab Partnership Programme, supporting skills development and labor market integration.
He also manages the Najahna programme, supported by the Novo Nordisk Foundation, and other initiatives promoting sustainable economic empowerment and inclusion for youth across various regions.
