Director General, Moroccan Foundation for the Promotion of Preschool (FMPS)
Dr. Nisrine Ibn Abdeljalil is the Director General of the Moroccan Foundation for PreSchool (FMPS), a national organization expanding access to quality early childhood education across Morocco.
With over 15 years in education management and institutional leadership, she oversees more than 25,000 preschool classrooms. Her work focuses on strategic planning, capacity building, financial governance, and partnerships to enhance the quality and inclusiveness of preschool education.
Mrs. Ibn Abdeljalil maintains a partnership with UNESCO, serves as Executive Secretary of the NGO–UNESCO Liaison Committee, and is a member of the Moroccan Higher Council of Education, Research and Training. She holds a master’s in human resources management from ISCAE and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University, Florida, USA.
