Nikolaz Foucaud is Coursera’s Managing Director for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), a crucial region for Coursera with over 40 million learners and 2,000 institutions.
Nikolaz plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic investments and growth initiatives across the region. In this role, he works closely with the global leadership team to define the business strategy and drive progress across Coursera's consumer, degree, and enterprise segments.
Nikolaz joined Coursera after serving as the EMEA Cloud and Partner Lead at NetApp, following a 17-year tenure at Microsoft where he helped scale the company’s EMEA operations.
A passionate leader and innovator, he holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from ESSEC Business School.
