Omar Al Busaidy is currently the host of “Future Talk” on pulse95 radio, where he discusses the latest news and trends in the Fourth Industrial revolution.
He is an Emirati Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum, as well as a best-selling author, entrepreneur and member of the US and UAE Public Affairs Committee. His multiple roles have allowed him to achieve several accomplishments, from publishing his own book – “Just Read It”, an entrepreneurial guide to self-development – to investing in startups, from technology to trading industries.
Omar’s passion lies in entrepreneurship and futurism; since 2010, he has been invited to mentor students on entrepreneurship and leadership at several universities across the UAE.
He has also appeared as a keynote speaker and panelist at several events and conferences organized by many prestigious and high-profile organizations including TedxYouth, 37th World Diamond Congress, World Skills 2017, and LinkedinLocal.
He has 16 years of experience in the UAE’s corporate environment and holds a BSc in Marketing from the American University in Dubai (2009).
