For 41 years, Roxanne has worked with renowned futurist Jacque Fresco to develop and promote The Venus Project and the NPO called Resource Based Economy. The function of these projects is to develop and implement alternative solutions to the many problems in the world today. She participated in a multitude of ways, from organising, designing books, producing and editing documentaries, co-writing articles, and much of the construction of the 10 buildings of The Venus Project’s 21-acre centre in Florida. She also prepared blueprints, models and renderings for various city designs and other proposals presented by The Venus Project.
This work has appeared internationally in numerous newspapers, magazines, journals, as well as many books, websites, and blogs. Roxanne and her work on The Venus Project have been featured on radio, television, documentaries and she has presented at conferences to over 27 countries around the world. Roxanne has been interviewed by Futurism.com, Bloomberg, New York Times, Huffington Post, Houston Chronicle, Miami Herald, The Times of India, Herald de Paris, Horizon, BBC Two, Now this Future, GQ Italy and more.
She presented, with Fresco, to the United Nations' award for Sustainable City Design and Community.
