Chief Corporate Development Officer, PGI, and Middle East Lead, CREST
Sebastian Madden is the Chief Corporate Development Officer at PGI-Protection Group International and serves on CREST’s International Council as Middle East Lead.
He is developing CREST’s relationships with governments and regulators and working for PGI’s clients to build cybersecurity and digital resilience capability internationally. He has helped over sixty countries on five continents develop strategies, operating models, organizations, and workforces to build cyber resilience.
Sebastian has twenty-seven years’ experience working on national-level cybersecurity and resilience projects.
Following his graduation from Oxford University, he began his professional career working for the UK Government. He was promoted in 2001 to Program Director to build the UK’s national crisis management center.
He was appointed Chief of Staff to the UK National Security Advisor in 2002. He has worked to develop national security and civil emergency structures and programs.
