Sibel Saylan is a Partnership Specialist at the UNDP Istanbul International Center for Private Sector in Development (ICPSD), where she coordinates global collaborations with partners such as the HP Foundation and the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation. She focuses on initiatives that enhance employability and livelihoods through technology-driven learning and entrepreneurship support.
Her work involves designing and managing programs that connect local and international partners, ensuring sustainable impact and inclusive opportunities for communities. She brings a strategic approach to partnership building, leveraging resources and expertise to strengthen development outcomes.
Before rejoining UNDP in 2022, Sibel worked in Washington D.C. as a Business Development Officer at the Caspian Policy Center, focusing on strategic partnerships across the Caspian region. She later served as a Business Development Consultant at the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD). She holds a bachelor’s degree from Middle East Technical University and a master’s degree from Bilkent University.
