Zineb Habbal is Head of the Project Management Office at ICESCO, bringing over 17 years’ expertise in planning, executing, and overseeing complex, high-impact projects across international institutions. She leads the organisation’s strategic project portfolio, drives operational excellence, and ensures rigorous monitoring and results-oriented implementation.
Her career includes more than a decade of leadership in Bahrain and Morocco, specialising in marketing, business development and large-scale project delivery. Zineb has managed multi-million-dollar initiatives across real estate, banking, retail and digital media, directing cross-functional teams and delivering measurable growth for clients such as BBK Bank, Dodge, Jeep, Bentley, Bin Faqeeh Group and Golden Gate.
She holds an Engineering degree in Business Management and a double Master’s in Marketing and Finance from UCLouvain FUCaM Mons, complemented by executive certificates from ESSEC, the University of Maryland and the University of Colorado in strategic business analytics, innovation management and data analytics.
