Director of Strategy and Future Office, Sharjah Private Education Authority
Ahmed is a seasoned Government Experience Strategist with over 20 years’ experience leading government transformation across the UAE and GCC. He currently serves as Director of the Strategy and Future Office at the Sharjah Private Education Authority, where he drives service delivery improvements and customer experience initiatives using advanced technologies.
He has led numerous cross-sector initiatives in UAE government entities and is committed to capacity building. Ahmed also teaches at the American University in Dubai and the Higher Colleges of Technology, focusing on business analytics, applied data analytics, innovation, entrepreneurship, and product design.
Dr. Ahmed holds a PhD from IBS-UTM (International Business School, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia) and a B.Sc. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Cairo University.
