Charlotte Evans is Director of Global Customer Advocacy, Coursera for Business, where she partners with more than 100 Fortune 500 organizations to drive workforce transformation through targeted upskilling and reskilling. She advises companies across industries on aligning learning strategies with measurable business outcomes, turning learning investments into clear organisational impact.

Her passion for education began early as a scholarship advisor in Asia. Charlotte holds a BA in Journalism and East Asian Studies from New York University and a Master’s in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
