Dr. Ali Mohammed Al Khouri is a globally recognized leader in digital transformation, strategic planning, and public sector reform. He currently serves as Executive Director (Undersecretary) in the General Secretariat of the Office of the UAE Deputy Prime Minister, Advisor to the Arab Economic Unity Council, and Chairman of the Arab Federation for Digital Economy under the League of Arab States.
With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Al Khouri has pioneered initiatives such as the UAE National Digital Identity Program, the Arab Digital Economy Vision, and regional digital strategies for West Africa and Guinea. His work has advanced e-governance, financial inclusion, and knowledge-based economies, earning him international recognition, including being named among the world’s 100 most influential figures in digital government and receiving the UN Public Service Award.
He has authored over 200 publications, contributed to global policy frameworks, and served on numerous advisory and academic boards.
