Dr. Narimane Hadj-Hamou is a recognized leader in higher education with over 22 years of experience across countries and institutions. She is the Founder and CEO of the Center for Learning Innovations and Customized Knowledge Solutions (CLICKS), which has trained over 22,000 higher education professionals from 40+ countries and collaborated with more than 220 institutions worldwide.
Previously, she served as Assistant Chancellor for Learning and Academic Development at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, leading the UAE’s first fully accredited online university. She has held leadership roles as Dean and Director of e-Learning, pioneering online and blended learning initiatives since 2003 and guiding institutions through the transition to quality digital education during the pandemic.
A prolific speaker and author, Dr. Hadj-Hamou has delivered over 160 keynotes, facilitated 300+ workshops, and contributed to academic publishing. Recognized among Forbes’ 200 Most Influential Arab Women, she has received awards for her impact on education.
