Fadi Sidani is Chairman of Governance Dynamics and the founding partner of Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice in the Middle East. With over 30 years of experience in consulting and audit, he has advised public sector entities, financial institutions, regulators, airlines, and family businesses on governance, compliance, risk management, valuations, due diligence, and internal and financial audits.
In 2002, Fadi established Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice from scratch and led it until 2018, growing it to over 250 professionals and expanding its coverage across the Middle East. The practice included specialized teams in governance, compliance, financial and non-financial risk management, cybersecurity and analytics, internal audit, and IT audit.
He has served on various board committees and on the Deloitte Middle East Board of Directors. Fadi is also a frequent speaker and moderator at regional and international conferences on governance, compliance, risk management, and combating corruption.
