Jennifer leads UNDP’s innovation agenda in the Arab States region, working with country teams to tackle complex development challenges and drive transformative change. Guided by UNDP’s mandate, she seeks to stretch the boundaries of what is possible by leveraging systems thinking and portfolio approaches.
She equips UNDP colleagues and national partners with new methodologies, tools and perspectives to reframe development challenges, generate bold ideas, and design experiments with the intent to scale what works. Prior to her current role, Jennifer served as a global development policy advisor with UNDP, focusing on institutional effectiveness and performance.
Before joining the UN system, she worked in the private sector as a management consultant with Accenture and Burson-Marsteller. Jennifer holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Northwestern University in the United States.
