Leo Tilman is a leading authority on strategy, risk intelligence, and finance, and a long-time advisor to companies, governments, and investors worldwide. He is Chairman and CEO of Agilion Systems, an advanced technologies and strategic advisory firm, and previously held senior roles at BlackRock and Bear Stearns and taught finance at Columbia University.
He is the author of four books, including Agility (with General Chuck Jacoby) and Financial Darwinism, and co-authored a Harvard Business Review proposal with Nobel laureate Edmund Phelps to create the First National Bank of Innovation. He also introduced the modern concept of risk intelligence as a core competency for organizations.
