Mina Al Fayez serves as Director of Governance, Compliance and Risk at the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO). She holds a university degree in International Relations and brings more than fifteen years of experience in institutional excellence, performance quality, governance, risk management and innovation, acquired through roles in international and governmental institutions in Morocco and the United Arab Emirates. She has led the implementation of quality management systems in line with international standards and has contributed to strengthening governance and compliance practices across ICESCO.
She holds international credentials in institutional assessment (EFQM) and internal auditing (TISSE), and has contributed to the development and implementation of the Organization’s strategic plan, overseeing institutional accreditation and innovation through the GiNi certification. Combining strategic insight with operational leadership, she is recognised as a leading expert in governance and institutional innovation.
