Mohammed Salih is a development professional from Eritrea with extensive experience in international affairs, peace and development, stabilization, and governance. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of York and has dedicated his career to supporting countries in crisis and transition.
He currently serves as Deputy Resident Representative at UNDP Libya, where he oversees initiatives in governance, public administration reform, digital transformation, rule of law, recovery, environmental sustainability, peacebuilding, and crisis response. Previously, he served as Deputy Resident Representative and Acting Resident Representative with UNDP Lebanon, leading programmes that strengthen institutions, promote inclusive development, and build resilience in crisis-affected contexts.
