Ola Abdelkader is an expert and advisor in investment and business development with years of experience in management, strategic planning, and team building. In 2019, she founded the “Ra’ida” community initiative—a platform dedicated to helping women develop their potential, discover their passions, and launch their own ventures through training and tailored advisory services.
She is known for promoting financial and investment literacy through content that encourages informed investing and smart money management. Throughout her career, she has delivered workshops and talks on investment, business development, and women’s economic empowerment, and has trained many women to build small businesses and strengthen their entrepreneurial skills.
She holds a background in law and financial advisory, along with advanced programmes in leadership and entrepreneurship. She believes that investing in people is the foundation of sustainable economic development, and that a passion for learning and hard work is what creates real impact in society.
