Yehia Houry is the Chief Executive Officer of Flat6Labs, a leading entrepreneurship platform in emerging markets that empowers founders to build, launch, and scale transformative ideas through acceleration programs, ecosystem development, and innovation services.
With over 20 years of experience building and leading teams, he brings deep expertise in venture capital and youth entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on technology-driven solutions in emerging markets. He has advised governments and public institutions, served on the boards of high-growth startups, and led strategic initiatives across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
Before becoming CEO, Yehia served as Chief Programs Officer and Managing Director at Flat6Labs, shaping its regional strategy and accelerating its portfolio companies. He previously worked with the World Bank and Acumen Fund and holds a BSc in Computer Science from McGill University and a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University.
