Dr. Dena Assaf is the United Nations Resident Coordinator for the United Arab Emirates.
She has been with the United Nations for over 20 years in various senior management positions and advisory roles, including UN Peacekeeping, the UN Development Programme, UN Women and the UN Sustainable Development Group at the UN headquarters, the Arab Region, and various UN country offices.
