Director of Research, Studies and Data Analysis, Dubai Health Authority
Khalid Ali Al Jallaf has been the Director of Research, Studies, and Data Analysis Department at the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) since 2018. He previously worked as Director of the Corporate Communications and Marketing Department, Head of the Knowledge Management Project, Quality Consultant, and Director of Quality and Change Administration.
In 1987, he served as Assistant Director of Primary Health Care, two years after assuming the duties of Managing Director at the Al Maktoum Hospital.
Al Jallaf has been a member of the International Hospital Federation (IHF) since 1986 and has served on some committees related to the Dubai Government Excellence Program since its establishment, in addition to his membership in the organizing committee of the Dubai Shopping Festival and Dubai Summer Surprises for some time.
He has been president of the Emirates Association for Arabic Calligraphy and Islamic Ornamentation since 2013, in addition to serving as deputy editor-in-chief of Hurouf Arabia magazine and giving lectures on administrative organization, quality, Arabic calligraphy, and Islamic arts.
Al Jallaf obtained a Bachelor of Laws from the United Arab Emirates University in 1984, a diploma in health care administration from the University of Birmingham, UK, and another diploma in health services administration from Harvard University in Massachusetts, US.
