The Foundation is keen to implement the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, for Dubai to lead the international scene as a city with a strong knowledge-based economy. 

Our role is to focus on developing national human resources by creating a base of experiences and competencies with extensive knowledge and multiple talents; providing more opportunities for young generations to acquire knowledge and securing a better future for them in addition to promoting leadership skills amidst the young generation to improve their lives.

Our goal is to spread the concepts of knowledge and innovation throughout the world and to make these concepts a lifestyle and a national strategy.
