Arab Professionals Forum

Overview:
Arab Professionals Forum (APF) is a strategic initiative through which MBRF partnered with LinkedIn to create a global digital platform for Arab experts and scholars. Through this initiative, MBRF seeks to shed light on educators, academics, researchers, doctors and others who are highly specialized and have unique experience to open new horizons before them to engage with international organizations and global institutions around the world. In addition, APF will organize an annual forum to give member speakers an opportunity to host workshops in their respective fields in the United Arab Emirates and the Arab region.
Objective:
APF aims to contribute to making the UAE a hub for Arabs to exchange their experiences and to establish a digital platform for Arab experts to spread their experiences and knowledge around the world. APF also aims to building bridges of cooperation between Arab specialists, academics and executives and strengthen collaboration bonds between them, to improve the cultural, social and economic reality of the Arab region, in order to promote entrepreneurship and innovation to device solutions for common challenges facing the Arab region, and to communicate with Arab experts to benefit from their experiences in various fields.
Contributions and Outcome:
Contributing to enriching the knowledge arena, the APF has held discussion sessions for a number of employees in certain government agencies, including the Directorate General of Punitive and Correctional Establishments, the General Department of Organization Protective Security and Emergency, the Dubai Police Academy, the General Department for Human Rights, the Dubai Media Corporation, the Dubai Government Human Resources Department, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, Dubai Sports Council, and the Ministry of Health in Sharjah and other establishments.
