‘Bil Arabi’ launches new website featuring rich library with diverse sections

Dubai, UAE - 18 December 2025 - The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation (MBRF) has launched the official website for its ‘Bil Arabi’ initiative to mark World Arabic Language Day, celebrated annually on 18 December. As one of MBRF’s flagship knowledge programs, the initiative aims to enhance the use of the Arabic language across digital platforms and social media, while also spotlighting its literary appeal.

The launch is part of MBRF’s ongoing efforts to promote the use of Arabic, raise awareness of its importance, and foster a deep connection to heritage through meaningful content that reinforces Arab identity and enhances its representation across the region.

His Excellency Jamal bin Huwaireb, CEO of MBRF, said: “Since its inception in 2013, the ‘Bil Arabi’ initiative has advanced our ambitious vision to promote the Arabic language, strengthen its status, and expand its reach in daily life and across social media.”

The website offers a comprehensive library of Arabic books, references, and translations, accessible to diverse audiences, including youth, students, content creators, media professionals, teachers, educators, and academic institutions. Furthermore, its simple, user-friendly design enables visitors to search, read, and access information seamlessly. The digital content will be regularly updated with the latest books, studies, and scientific, intellectual, and knowledge resources, catering to the needs of users from diverse backgrounds and disciplines.

The website also includes dedicated sections for ‘Bil Arabi’ competitions as well as various awards and challenges at both regional and international levels, with a focus on the Arabic language.
