Kuwaiti Consul in Dubai visits Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation to strengthen partnership opportunities

Dubai, 18 February 2025: The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation (MBRF) welcomed the Consul General of the State of Kuwait in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, His Excellency Khalid Abdulrahim Al-Zaabi. He was received by His Excellency Jamal bin Huwaireb, CEO of MBRF, who provided an overview of the MBRF’s knowledge-based projects and initiatives during the meeting.

His Excellency Al-Zaabi was also briefed on the results of the Global Knowledge Index 2024 and other projects aimed at spreading knowledge globally to develop communities by improving education quality, supporting scientific research, fostering entrepreneurship, and enhancing the role of the Arabic language as a knowledge tool.

The meeting explored ways to enhance cooperation between the UAE and Kuwait in the fields of knowledge dissemination and production. It also highlighted MBRF’s initiatives and knowledge projects in Kuwait.

Both parties underlined the importance of strengthening strategic partnerships to solidify collaboration between knowledge institutions in the two brotherly countries and support initiatives that promote sustainable development in the fields of knowledge and education.
