From “topological phases of matter” to molecular machines to the intricate economics of “contracting relationships”, the world has been enriched by award-winning intellects from laboratories and workshops in the UK, United States, France, Netherlands and Japan. Naturally, there was also some controversy with Bob Dylan winning the Nobel Price for Literature, which proves the times they are a-changing’.
